Served in a characterful attic room, it is generous and varied, made to suit every taste and requirement.
Ring cakes with chocolate, coconut or orange; yoghurt cakes, tarts, pastries filled with organic jam and the now famous caprese cake with almonds and dark chocolate. And for those who prefer savoury, bread and a board of local cured meats and cheeses.
A relaxing soak in our private outdoor jacuzzi, to enjoy complete rest and the surrounding view. It is the best way to end a day spent among hill towns and wine cellars.
The location is ideal: Montepulciano, Pienza and Bagno Vignoni are less than an hour's drive away, Montalcino just over an hour. Orvieto and Cortona are about 45 minutes by car.

In the countryside of Chiusi, in the province of Siena, on the border between Tuscany and Umbria: 2 km from the historic centre, about 3 km from Chiusi-Chianciano Terme railway station and a few minutes from the Chiusi-Chianciano Terme exit of the A1 motorway.

Yes. It is served in the attic breakfast room or, on request, in your room, with Milena's homemade cakes, organic jams and local cured meats and cheeses. There are always suitable products for guests who are coeliac or lactose intolerant.

Yes. Both apartments, the Conci Deluxe studio and the Casetta delle Rose, are on the ground floor, with kitchen, private bathroom and private outdoor space.

Piscine Theia & Terme Sensoriali in Chianciano Terme are 12 km away, SPA Fonteverde in San Casciano dei Bagni 25 km. As our guests you get a discount on admission: 20% in Chianciano, 15% at Fonteverde.

Can we get there without a car?
Yes. Chiusi-Chianciano Terme station is about 3 km away (10 minutes): on request we arrange a transfer, and there is a taxi service outside the station. We can also arrange transfers to and from the airports of Perugia (65 km), Florence (140 km) and Rome Fiumicino (190 km).
Is there a pool or a hot tub?
We have a private outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the countryside: ask about availability when you book. For swimming, the Theia thermal pools in Chianciano Terme are 12 km away, with a 20% discount for our guests.
