Conci Deluxe

A large and elegant studio with a vaulted ceiling in original 19th-century brickwork. The floors are parquet and Tuscan terracotta; there is a fitted kitchen, a sleeping area with a double bed and a vintage sofa, and a spacious bathroom.

It is on the ground floor and has its own private outdoor area with a table, perfect for breakfast or dinner in the open air. A harmonious blend of modernity and tradition in a quiet, secluded setting.

La Casetta delle Rose is a newly renovated 40 sqm cottage within our property: a living area with kitchenette and sofa, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

All its windows look out onto greenery, and the furnishings too are in the warm, restful shades of green and beige. The ceiling is in honey-coloured wood and the floors are parquet.
